Cancelation Policy

Confirm reservations which are cancelled 15 days or more of your date for the service will result in a 50% cancelation fee of the first night. 

There are no refunds for Holiday periods, does not matter when the reservation was made.
There are no refunds for cancelations made less than 14 days of your arrival date.
There are no refunds for a no show reservation.

There are NO refunds to reservations that have been previously rescheduled or moved to a different date, no exceptions.

Border closing or covid related cancelation will only give you credit for a future date, not refunds.

Damage deposit & Damage waiver

The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property;
It might take up to 10 working days.

Damage waiver is non-refundable.
